By engaging Manila Branding Dev ("we", "us", "the Studio") for any website, application, or digital tool, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions. A project formally begins once a deposit is received and project scope is confirmed in writing.
Each project is defined by the package selected (Starter, Growth, or Pro) and any agreed custom requirements. Work outside the agreed scope — additional pages, features, or revision rounds beyond those included — will be quoted separately before any work proceeds.
The Client agrees to provide accurate business information, content (text, images, branding), and timely feedback. Project timelines assume reasonable responsiveness. Delays in providing materials or approvals may extend delivery dates accordingly.
Build fees are one-time payments. A deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before final delivery or handover. The optional Yearly Care Plan is billed annually in advance and is never charged monthly. All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (₱).
Upon full payment of the build fee, the Client owns their website content, domain, and data. There is no lock-in. If a Care Plan is not renewed, the Client remains responsible for arranging their own domain, hosting, and maintenance.
We deliver work to a professional standard but are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or third-party service outages (e.g. hosting providers, payment gateways, or external APIs) outside our reasonable control.
